Moleskine Passions: Recipe Journal - Carnet recettes

- Food Diary 101 -

If you've always want a place to store all your recipes, or pass it down to your estates as a heirloom, look no further! The Moleskine recipe journal is one of the best recipe book for you.

For $20, you will get a fully embossed cover (mostly glasses and condiment holders, 3 ribbon place markers, and a double expandable inner pocket to store your loose recipes. It comes with 240 pages is about the size of a 5 by 8 card.

Included in the book are informational pages, which has a food calendar of when vegetables and fruits are at their best, food facts, measurement conversions, and a calorie chart.

The book is divided into themes. The 6 themed sections include appetizers, first courses, main dishes, side dishes, desserts, and cocktails. As much as I loved the holder, it is very limiting as I don't think I need 50 pages of cocktail recipes. Other than the main themed sections, there are 6 tabbed sections to personalized which you can use the included stickers to label, however they are not formated the same way the themed sections are formated.

The recipe journal comes with several stickers. 80 to be used on the blank tabs, 150 colored icons, and 12 to customize the cover.

This is my first two recipes I wrote down.

If you are interested, buy it from your local bookstore or from Amazon.com
